Report content or a user
Tell us about an unsafe room listing, suspected illegal content, a privacy or copyright issue, or a breach of the Slimz content rules.
Help us locate and assess the problem
- Identify the listing or user with its link or ID where available. Otherwise provide the room title, university, availability and other details that make it identifiable.
- Explain what is wrong and why you believe it is illegal or breaches our rules. Identify the specific text or photo involved.
- Include your name and a reply email, and a statement that the information is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge and belief. You do not need to give your name or email when reporting the child sexual abuse/exploitation offences for which the DSA provides an exception.
Do not download or forward child sexual abuse material or other illegal imagery. Identify its location instead. Avoid sending unnecessary information about victims or other people. This mailbox is not an emergency service; contact the police or emergency services if someone is in immediate danger.
What happens next?
Reports are to be assessed diligently and objectively, with action proportionate to the facts. Where electronic contact details are supplied, the process must acknowledge receipt and communicate the decision and available redress without undue delay as required by law. A report does not automatically result in removal. The operator's report-handling process must be in operation before public launch.
Challenge a moderation decision
Email contactus@slimz.app with the decision reference, listing/account details and the reason you believe it should be reconsidered. Applicable statutory remedies remain available.
